Crusaid

Outlet supports the notorious Wig Party, a crazy and fun annual gathering aimed at raising money for projects associated with Crusaid. In 2009 the party raised over £41,000, cementing it as an established event in the London social calendar. The next Wig Party is on Sunday 11th October 2010. Zambia Appeal
The huge success of the Wig Party and the fundraising which is now derived from it has led to the Zambia Points of Light being established. In Zambia, HIV and AIDS has robbed over 700,000 children of their parents. Alone, in poverty and lacking an education, every day is a struggle to earn a little money for food and to survive. Our appeal brings Points of Light to orphaned children in their darkest times. When it comes to checking who people really are we are there at the top of the list. We, unlike many agents, employ a totally independent reference agency that thoroughly check each individual ensuring not only who they say they are but that they are capable of paying the rent for the duration of the tenancy. Full credit checks and employment and previous landlord references ensure only good and honest tenants need apply.

It’s all in the detail
We use an independent company to provide the often overlooked but very much needed property inventory. With the introduction of the Deposit Protection Scheme, to which we are proud to belong, it is necessary to ensure for both tenants and landlords alike that they are secure knowing the state of the property has been fairly and accurately recorded. We even are able to provide both check-in and check-out reports.

Meeting safety obligations
