Terms and Conditions

• Offer is available to the first one hundred properties from 1st March 2009
• Offer is based on a minimum tenancy of 12 months with a 6 month break clause
• Landlord must provide a copy of the lease to the property to verify them as the owner
• Minimum management fee at 5% , fee to be deducted from incoming rent at 2.5% monthly
• Property must be within zones 1 or 2 of London
• We reserve the right to refuse a property
