The landlord must be verified as the owner and is happy to sign to Outlet as the sole agent. The landlord must sign  to a minimum 12 month tenancy. The property must be within Zones 1 to 3 of London. The reward is payable per landlord and not per property.  The gleaming new iPod Shuffle  is given after successful completion of a let.  This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts. iPod Shuffles will be sent by recorded delivery. We reserve the right to refuse a landlord.

The Property Owner
Once the property has been successfully let we will also reward the landlord by giving them £60 worth of vouchers. We believe that every party should benefit from Outlet taking on and successfully lettting even more property. By the way we also plant a broad leaf tree for every property we let! Vouchers can be either for Marks & Spencers, John Lewis, HMV or Argos. They must be all of one type.
