Even if you do not let your property through us, you can still use our property management service.

As part of our property management service, we will:

• Visit your property twice a year and make sure it’s in top condition. If we think any work needs doing, we’ll let you know
• Arrange day to day maintenance, redecoration and repairs on your behalf
• Give you advice on how to make the best of your property and enhance its value
• Handle the accounts and keep you up to date on rent payments and any maintenance spending

Our service is charged and calculated as a percentage of the rent. As an established letting agent in London, we’re members of ARLA, the Association of Residential Letting Agents, and we follow their residential management code.
