The landlord must be verified as the owner and is happy to sign to Outlet as sole agent. The landlord must sign to a minimum 12 month tenancy. The property must be within Zones 1 to 3 of London. The reward is payable per landlord and not per property. Vouchers are payable after successful completion of a let. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts. Vouchers will be sent by recorded delivery. We reserve the right to refuse a landlord.
Bonus (the exciting and rewarding part)
