Located in Clarendon Road, they’ve got a great deal to offer, whether you’re looking for short-term rental (as little as one night) or long-term – six months or more.

Modern, comfortable, practical and fully furnished, each studio includes air conditioning, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and widescreen TV. The bathroom features both bath and power shower.

The living area has plenty of wardrobe and hanging space plus a large desk and chair, and there’s a separate breakfast bar with stools and plenty of drawer space. The bed is super king-size, with a nice comfy sofa at its foot. Sheets, towels, even bath robes – it’s all included.

Hotel luxury – in an apartment

What makes these apartments really special is that they’re built in the same block as a brand new Holiday Inn hotel. That’s useful if you’ve got friends or relatives coming to stay, but even better on a day-to-day basis.

Breakfast? Just take the lift to the restaurant – or ask for it to be delivered to you in bed. (Yup, there’s even room service from early morning to late evening.) You can also enjoy a cappuccino at the in-house 24/7 Starbucks, or head to the hotel bar for a quick pick-me-up.

There’s secure entrance to both the building and your flat via key fob, while 24-hour concierge gives you great service – and peace of mind too. And why not take advantage of the laundry service for the all-inclusive linen?

Why Watford?

If you don’t know Watford, there’s plenty to recommend it – and not just those 20-minute trains into town, or easy access to the M25 and M1. Lots of companies have their headquarters in Watford, but it’s also a great place to live.

Cassiobury Park is a popular open space of 190 acres with both a river and a canal running through it, and its facilities are benefiting from a new £6.5m Heritage Lottery Fund investment. The Watford Colosseum hosts many classical concerts and other events, while the Watford Palace Theatre hosts world premieres and all kinds of plays and shows. Also popular for exhibitions plus nights out of all kinds is the Pump House Theatre and Arts Centre.

Sports fans can visit Championship side Watford VC at Vicarage Road, followed by a trip to one of Watford’s numerous pubs or sports bars to drown sorrows or celebrate. Watford also has dozens of fine restaurants of all cuisines you could think of, and one or two you’ve never dreamed of. It really is a nice town to call home.

Convenient and cost-effective, however long you stay

There are 50 flats in the complex, all brand new and available from February 2015. Lets are available for as little as a week or even one night, meaning these apartments are a useful holiday base or stopover for a party or wedding.

One night stays cost £60, with all services included. Weekly rentals are £280 per week, including all utilities, with other services available for an extra charge.
