Ralph Jacobowitz – Property Administrator

Ralph has been with Outlet since 2006 and is definitely one of the most colourful characters within our team. 

Being born and bred an American and coming from the true big city, New York, he moved to London city back in 2001. Having spent years working at Harrods Ralph has incredible people skills and like most of our USA friends leads the way in giving excellent customer service. He is at the forefront of the Outlet office dealing initially with all enquires and it is usually his dulcet tones that great you on the phone.

Totally charming and if he was not always so busy he would love to talk to every customer longer. Ralph also heads the customer support for our flatsharing service and website http://www.outlet.co.uk/

What inspired you to work in property?

Being able to help people with something they really need.

What values do you feel are important in working for Outlet?

Honesty, knowledge, friendliness.

Where is your favourite place to live in London?

Little Venice. It's calm yet urban. And the canal reminds me of Venice, Italy.

What are your favourite things to do in London?

Concerts at the South Bank, picnics in parks or on the Common. 

Best night out in London?

Dinner with friends.

We used Outlet for a flat right in the heart of Soho (just have to love staying in the red light district) for 4 nights.  The overall quality for the cost was phenomenal; great location, unbeatable price, and pleasant service with the home office on Old Compton Street.  Even though we stupid Americans had no phone, they were patient and eager to work with us.  Would use them again for sure!  Open minded company friendly to all persuasions.
