Javier adds a real Latin favour to the team in that he comes from Madrid in Spain.
He original joined Outlet in 2007 as a lettings negotiator, and after a flourishing period in this department for several years he moved across to Sales. With his own property portfolio already under his belt Javier now heads the Sales department and with his knowledge, honesty and general likeability he is a reliable and trustworthy choice to handle the negation of your greatest asset. A driven and enthusiastic professional who is accustomed to success, Javier brings years of experience and a love of people, architecture and design to his career in real estate.
Speaking Spanish, Portuguese and Italian Javier kindly helps all our European neighbours with their property queries even if it does not fall within his property sales remit. What inspired you to work in property?
I have always been attracted by living spaces, property development is my hobby , and working in Estate Agency gives me the opportunity to visit hundreds of properties, which I always find exciting. Every home tells a different story!

Where is your favourite place to live in London?
I like Clerkenwell because it is close to the West End, there are lots of interesting converted buildings with great features, many independent shops, pubs and restaurants and there are also some gorgeous leafy streets and squares tucked away from the busy roads.
What are your favourite things to do in London?
Going to a different neighbourhood every weekend, from Broadgate Market in Dalston, to Clapham Common, you feel that you are in a new city every time.
Best night out in London?
Going to a Musical in the West End, then a nice dinner in Randall and Aubin in Soho (Champagne and Lobster together with the house music they play is just AMAZING).
Favourite motto?
There is more pleasure in giving than receiving.
