We offer some of the most competitive property search fees on the market.

Fees for purchases:

Retainer:

We charge an upfront and non-refundable retainer fee of £400 plus VAT which is payable in advance of starting the search for your ideal property. This however will be deductible from the final Success Fee on us sourcing you a suitable property.

Search Period:

The Retainer covers a search period of four months. Should we not have secured you a property by the end of the search period, you have the option to pay a further Retainer to extend your search.

Success Fee:

On sourcing a property we charge a final fee of 1% of the purchase price plus VAT or 15%, if greater of the saving negotiated between the documented asking price and final purchase price.

The Retainer is deducted from the Success Fee.

The Success Fee less the Retainer is payable on exchange of contracts.
 
We have a minimum fee of £3,000 plus VAT
