Property Sales
Outlet are offering a very competitive sales rates reduced from 2% to 1.5% for all Crusaid supporters. Outlet will also donate a further 0.25% directly to Crusaid that results from the commission being charged and paid as a direct result of a sale coming from all supporters of Crusaid. Or why not simply donate the full 0.75 % commission fee to Crusaid?
Residential Lettings
Outlet are also are offering supporters of Crusaid a discounted commission fee should Outlet let your properties. Outlet will discount a full 1% from their basic commission rate of 10% and will also donate a further 1% to Crusaid. Again why not think about donating the full 2% to Crusaid?
Property Management
Outlet have a dedicated team that oversee the daily management of residential property. Are you moving abroad? Do you need your property managing? Once again Outlet are offering supporters of Crusaid a full 0.5% discount on their usual management fee of 5% and will donate a further 0.5% to Crusaid. Or why not consider donating the whole 1% to Crusaid.
All the above discount & donation schemes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. All people participating in this scheme will be awarded a special certificate indicating their contribution to raising funds for Crusaid
Also cheaper fees for Flatsharing properties
If you are a landlord with just a room to let out then Outlet are able to offer their flatsharing service to Crusaid supporters for the much reduced fee of £19.99 (Usually £39.99).
