As part of our ‘Green Project’, Outlet has now signed up with the Carbon Limited Company to offset our carbon emissions.
Carbon Offsetting is the method by which we minimise our impact on the environment caused by global warming. For every ton of CO2 our company produces, we enable this same amount to be saved somewhere else in the world. This is done by providing funding for projects such as planting trees, creating wind farms or investing in renewable energy projects throughout the world.
For example, if our website needs electricity that emits half a ton of CO2 per year, then we provide funding to plant trees that offset that effect by taking half a ton of CO2 out of the atmosphere.
We are now proud to be listed on the Carbon Limited website directory along with other companies committed to reducing its carbon emissions.
