Working in property since 1996 Ben adds a wealth of experience to our West End office. Ben supports the Outlet team specialising in commercial acquisition and Homesearch service, which covers the central areas of London and is specifically aimed at the ‘cash rich time poor’ clients who need a helping hand in finding their ideal property.

What inspired you to work in property?

Property is in my blood – it runs in the family! I have always been interested in conversions since I was young and constantly involved with redecorations and refurbishments in and around the family home.

What values do you feel are important in working for Outlet?

Working with Outlet is like working as part of a family, you need to look out for each other and make sure everyone that walks through the door is treated with the utmost respect at all times.

Where is your favourite place to live in London?

I love the idea of the leafy suburbs but its too far away. London is a great city but I do love the Seven Dials area if I was to be in town or Hampstead if I was a little further out.

What are your favourite things to do in London?

Explore the wonderful city!! Visit museums and exhibitions; walk along the South Bank; be a real tourist – while at the same time watch the world go by whilst sat in a café in the centre of town.

Best night out in London?

A great night in with fabulous friends.

Favourite motto?

‘Always aim for the moon, even if you miss you will land among the stars!
